Jefe de Operaciones – Sector Alimentario y Bebidas

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Operations for our food and beverage sector. The role will lead the plant’s production, supply and distribution activities, ensuring efficiency, profitability and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and continuously improve plant operations.
• Optimize production processes to achieve cost‑effective and high‑quality output.
• Manage supply chain and distribution to meet commercial and financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Align operational performance with the company’s commercial and financial strategy.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in operations management within the food and beverage industry (bakery experience highly desirable).
• Proven experience in finance and financial‑statement analysis.
• University degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Background in food service or food & beverage operations, with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts and make data‑driven decisions.
