Java Full Stack Developer

About the role

Konrad Group is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join its digital consultancy team. You will work on consumer and enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front‑end frameworks, collaborating with a world‑class development team.

Key responsibilities

• Write maintainable, testable, and performant software in Java and Spring Boot.
• Participate in code reviews and conduct extensive testing to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and tools, sharing findings with the team.
• Communicate clearly with all team members and contribute to collaborative development.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience building production‑grade web applications in a team environment.
• Strong Java programming skills with experience in Spring Boot or Spring Cloud.
• Front‑end experience with React, Angular or similar frameworks.
• Deep understanding of modern web application components (APIs, routing, templating, data storage, design patterns, optimization, caching, security).
• Fundamental knowledge of core web principles such as HTTP, the DOM, SSL and web servers.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive attitude and a passion for improving development workflows.
