About the role
We are looking for a Contract Employee to join our IT Operations team. You will provide end‑user computing support, manage IT assets and compliance, and deliver hands‑on assistance for our data centre and endpoint infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- End User Computing Operations

- IT Compliance Management
- Hands‑and‑Eyes support for Data Centre
- Endpoint & Infrastructure Support
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in End User Computing, IT Operations or Infrastructure Support
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, endpoint security and ITSM tools
- Experience providing onsite support for network, server and infrastructure teams
- Good communication skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
