About the role
Deel is looking for an IT Engineer to provide first‑ and second‑level technical support to its customers and internal teams. The role focuses on maintaining the integrity and accessibility of critical company resources while continuously improving internal systems and IT workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Join a team of subject‑matter experts to meet Deel IT’s service growth objectives.
- Deliver technical implementation and pre/post‑sales support for Deel IT customers.
- Build, develop, and enhance Hofy’s device‑management services for a global client base.
- Lead technical support for the Sales team, key stakeholders, and the broader customer community.
- Manage, deploy, configure, and refresh devices across the organization.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely.
- Experience working with device management and deployment processes.
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external customers.
