Interaction Design Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Interaction Design Analyst to create user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs that communicate expected behavior and enhance user experience. The analyst will work across multiple projects, supporting leadership and coordinating design tasks from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop user flows, interaction diagrams, prototypes, and UI designs (low to high fidelity).
• Design customer journeys and service‑driven solutions.
• Support project leadership on several concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute design tasks throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in User Experience or Interaction Design.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Background in visual arts, graphic, industrial, service, or product design.
• Familiarity with design thinking, design sprints, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to articulate needs, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Competence in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Understanding of digital accessibility, design trends, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
