Product Designer (Figma + Agentic AI) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer who will join our client’s team remotely from Latin America. You will work side‑by‑side with designers and engineers, using Figma and emerging Agentic AI tools to create high‑quality user experiences for complex, scalable products.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers and cross‑functional stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.
• Design user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability and accessibility across large applications.
• Leverage AI‑assisted design tools and prompt‑driven workflows to accelerate iteration and experimentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, delivering design assets on sprint timelines.
• Take ownership of design quality, rapidly iterate on concepts, and propose creative solutions to challenging problems.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and take extreme ownership of deliverables.

Required skills

• Figma (wireframing, prototyping, visual design, design systems).
• AI‑assisted design tools (Agentic AI, prompt‑driven workflows, AI‑assisted prototyping).
• Design systems and scalability principles.
• Usability, accessibility and responsive design best practices.
• Agile/Scrum workflow experience.
