Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to engage with existing and new customers via phone, email, chat or social media. The role focuses on registering appliances, promoting extended warranty plans, and delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in registering new appliances and establishing rapport to position sales pitches.
• Promote and upsell extended service and warranty plans for both new and existing appliances.
• Gather information during conversations to identify sales opportunities and address objections.
• Document interactions accurately across multiple database systems.
• Meet or exceed defined KPIs and quality standards set by leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience and share best practices.
• Provide detailed reports on equipment failures and service issues to management.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a call‑center environment with a sales focus.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Fluent English communication skills for US‑based customers.
• Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve first‑call resolution.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset and reliable work ethic.
