Implementation Consultant - Billing

About the role

As an Implementation Consultant – Billing you will lead the delivery of Zuora Billing and CPQ solutions for enterprise customers. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants and client stakeholders to design, configure, test and deploy subscription‑management platforms that drive recurring revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Solution Architects in designing and delivering Zuora Billing and CPQ implementations.
• Configure solutions to align with business processes and best practices.
• Support technical integrations with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Workday).
• Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including API specifications and workflow designs.
• Conduct system testing, user‑acceptance testing and resolve issues prior to go‑live.
• Collaborate with Product, Support and Engineering teams to troubleshoot implementation challenges.
• Provide customer training and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of consulting experience in enterprise software implementations.
• Hands‑on experience across all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for on‑site engagements in North America and Canada.
• Ability to work regularly from the Heredia office with some remote flexibility.
