About the role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team in Costa Rica. The role combines strategic partnership with internal clients and hands‑on talent management in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner for business units.
- Support leaders on performance, development and employee climate matters.
- Lead talent attraction, recruitment and development processes.
- Manage labor relations and assist in implementing HR policies and projects.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen culture and employee engagement.
Required profile
- Proven experience as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or similar, preferably in technology companies.
- Strong knowledge of core HR processes.
- Experience advising leaders and facilitating change management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
- Leadership and professional firmness to set guidelines.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and ability to thrive in demanding, fast‑paced environments.
