About the role

The Head Tennis Professional will lead all tennis activities at Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo, a Forbes Travel Guide Five‑Star resort in Costa Rica. This role combines program development, guest experience excellence, and hands‑on instruction for guests of all ages, ensuring the resort’s tennis facilities deliver the elite service expected by Four Seasons clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and promote tennis programs for all age groups, aligning with the resort’s luxury standards.
• Organise and deliver tennis clinics, private lessons, and group sessions that encourage participation and skill development.
• Maintain an elite guest experience by providing personalized instruction and ensuring high‑quality court operations.
• Collaborate with resort management to integrate tennis offerings into broader guest itineraries and wellness programs.
