About the role
The Head of Sales will lead TikTok advertising sales, helping clients across multiple industries grow their business using TikTok’s platform. You will navigate complex business situations, solve client challenges, and drive revenue while championing AI‑powered tools and workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with key clients and C‑level executives in CPG, Finance, Tel/Tech & Auto.
- Develop and lead a team of ad sales managers, equipping them with AI‑powered tools for prospecting, pitch personalization, performance analysis, and forecasting.
- Coach, train, and recruit sales talent, fostering a culture of continuous AI adoption.
- Maintain close communication with clients and local sales counterparts to maximize strategies and build trust.
- Establish managerial processes such as annual planning, budget prioritization, and impact measurement using AI‑driven dashboards and forecasting models.
- Stay ahead of AI trends in adtech and media, translating them into competitive advantages for clients and the team.
- Collaborate regularly with regional sales leadership to enhance brand and product positioning.
Required profile
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in media sales with a strong understanding of digital performance marketing and ad metrics.
- At least 3 years of people‑management experience.
- Proven experience using AI tools in a sales context (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, ChatGPT/Claude, Gong, 6sense, or similar).
- Deep knowledge of ad‑tech partners, their structures, economics, processes, and client relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to navigate complex matrix organizations.
- Data‑literate mindset, comfortable interpreting AI‑generated insights and turning them into actionable sales strategies.
