About the role

Quarzo is seeking a strategic technology leader to shape the future of its Product and Technology organization. This executive position will drive product strategy, technology evolution, and innovation across the company while balancing growth of the current platform with next‑generation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead software engineering, architecture, and platform evolution.
• Drive AI adoption and overall technology transformation.
• Champion innovation initiatives and digital modernization.
• Manage Product, Development, QA, Business Analysis, and Professional Services teams.
• Provide executive‑level communication and stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• 7+ years leading Product, Engineering, Technology, or Architecture teams.
• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, enterprise software, or financial services.
• Strong background in .NET, SQL Server, and Azure environments.
• Proven track record of platform modernization and innovation.
• Advanced English proficiency and executive‑level communication skills.
