Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary)

About the role

Teradyne is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a temporary basis to support its Americas recruiting team. The coordinator will manage day‑to‑day hiring activities, ensuring smooth interview scheduling, candidate logistics, and reporting throughout the end‑to‑end hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule daily interviews using Outlook or similar meeting tools.
• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and process expense requests.
• Execute administrative tasks following established procedures and identify process improvements.
• Monitor compliance with hiring policies and generate regular reports.
• Communicate status updates to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Assist with reporting, project work, and event management as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (or equivalent scheduling tools).
