Global Learning & Development Coordinator

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Global Learning & Development Coordinator to ensure the seamless delivery of learning programs worldwide. You will own the operational execution of assigned programs, guaranteeing learner lifecycle accuracy, system integrity, and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end learner lifecycle processes for designated programs.
• Maintain LMS integrity, including classes, audiences, and rosters, while ensuring data accuracy.
• Monitor and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deadlines, communicating operational status to stakeholders.
• Identify operational risks proactively and resolve bottlenecks.
• Produce accurate operational reporting and metrics.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure program readiness.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in learning operations or service operations.
• Proven experience with LMS and workflow reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills under tight deadlines.
• Clear communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Comfort working across cultures and multiple time zones.
