About the role

The hotel is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead talent management for its luxury property outside the Greater Metropolitan Area. The role ensures compliance with labor policies, fosters a positive organizational climate, and supports professional development to deliver excellent guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all aspects of human talent management.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
• Manage organizational climate and employee development programs.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels through effective recruitment, selection and training.
• Oversee payroll processing and budget management for the HR department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3‑4 years experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Willingness to work in Garabito, Puntarenas.
• Strong knowledge of current labor legislation.
• Excellent leadership, conflict‑resolution, negotiation and ethical standards.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
