About the role

The Business Intelligence and Financial Planning Manager will lead Telecable's corporate intelligence strategy, turning data into a competitive advantage for strategic and operational decisions. The role combines executive dashboard creation, financial forecasting, and data‑driven insight delivery across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the corporate business intelligence, analytics, and data‑governance strategy.
• Design and maintain executive and operational dashboards to monitor performance.
• Partner with business units to provide data‑based insights that support decision‑making.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement advanced, predictive, and prescriptive analytics solutions.
• Lead the annual financial planning process and regular forecast cycles.
• Develop financial models, profitability analyses, scenario planning, and investment evaluations.
• Consolidate and present financial and business information to senior leadership and governance bodies.
• Build and mentor specialized teams in business intelligence, data analysis, and financial planning.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by promoting analytical tools aligned with corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in FP&A, business intelligence or data analytics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams.
• Experience in high‑volume, data‑intensive environments.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and profitability analysis skills.
