Finance Business Intelligence Analyst II

About the role

The Financial Business Intelligence Analyst will identify Finance team requirements and deliver technology solutions that generate meaningful business insights and accelerate growth. This role involves synthesizing complex data from multiple systems and managing several projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build dashboards and reports for internal and client teams.
• Perform rigorous analyses on large, complex datasets to provide strategic insights.
• Partner with finance analysts to automate manual workflows and train users.
• Document processes and solution architecture.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and communicate data‑driven insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of Business Intelligence experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Tableau or Power BI for self‑service data visualization.
• SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis.
• Agile product development practices.
