GenAI Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote, paid AI training program. In this role you will help improve generative AI models by reviewing AI‑generated code, rating responses, and creating coding challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code written by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Eligibility to work legally in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
