Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

SimSpace is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to own the complete development lifecycle, from definition through maintenance. You will work closely with UX, Product, and Data Science teams, participate in planning, demos, retrospectives, and actively share knowledge and mentor teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain both API services and frontend interfaces using the company tech stack.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (UX, Product, Data Science) to deliver features iteratively.
• Participate in team planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and code reviews.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentorship, and continuous improvement of code quality.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for written, virtual, and in‑person communication.
• Excellent communication skills, team‑player attitude, and openness to feedback.
• Goal‑driven mindset focused on delivering high‑quality, well‑tested code and documentation.
