Full-Time Customer Service Representative – Beauty Account

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Customer Service Representative to join our Beauty Account team. You will handle inbound calls, chats and emails, providing fast, friendly and accurate assistance while turning customers into brand ambassadors.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, chats and emails, addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Provide product education, troubleshooting steps and policy information.
• Perform advanced hardware troubleshooting, including installation and wiring support.
• Offer advanced support for systems and applications.
• Document technical issues clearly for internal use.
• Follow up on customer needs and collaborate on special projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of call‑center experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 level) – fluent spoken and written.
• High school diploma.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Understanding of beauty and skin‑care products is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
