Full Stack Engineer – Remote (Costa Rica)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our client’s Digital Transformation Software Engineering Group. The role is fully remote (based in Costa Rica) and focuses on building secure, modern solutions that connect systems and data across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop end‑to‑end features, with roughly 25% frontend (React) and 75% backend (C#/.NET/Python).
• Implement APIs and micro‑service architectures using Azure Functions, Azure services, and Azure SQL.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools such as Anthropic Claude to increase productivity.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and iterative Agile sprints.
• Ensure secure deployments through CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 4–7+ years of software development experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to communicate professionally in English at C1/C2 level.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile, iterative development settings.
