Fulfillment Operations Analyst

About the role

The Fulfillment Operations Analyst ensures a smooth order‑to‑cash process by managing high‑volume fulfillment activities and coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end fulfillment in ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Process and validate orders, including CMPOs, manual fulfillments, and shipment coordination.
• Handle high‑volume transactional workflows with precision.
• Monitor expedite requests and resolve operational escalations.
• Serve as the primary contact for order‑related inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve order issues.
• Track backlog and order health to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Maintain data integrity for pricing, configurations, BOMs, and system records.
• Identify risks to fulfillment timelines and support process‑improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and documentation using Google Sheets and Tableau.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in operations, fulfillment, supply chain, or order management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to manage high‑volume workloads in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
