Front End Developer (AEM)

About the role

The Front‑End Developer will work on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web applications, turning designs into functional, responsive interfaces. You will operate both independently on routine tasks and collaboratively on more complex features, ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Delivery, Creative/UX, Analytics/SEO, Business, Technology, and QA teams to implement data exchange and AEM components.
• Translate graphical designs and wireframes into fully styled markup using HTL/Sightly, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Touch UI Dialogs.
• Implement technical solutions following best practices and AEM design patterns.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing web applications.
• Provide status updates, task estimates, and documentation according to capability guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive, mobile‑first design.
• Hands‑on experience with React or a comparable JavaScript framework (Angular, Vue.js).
• At least 1 year of practical experience with Adobe Experience Manager, including HTL, Sling Models, JCR, Clientlibs, and Touch UI Dialogs.
