FP&A Analyst – Manufacturing Finance

About the role

Join Philips as an FP&A Analyst supporting the manufacturing organization through financial planning, investment management, and business performance analysis. You will enable data‑driven decisions by delivering financial insights on productivity, capital projects, and plant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support business decision‑making with Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis and financial insights for manufacturing stakeholders.
• Manage and monitor capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets, participating in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly investment forecasts.
• Partner with manufacturing teams on investment and asset‑related topics to ensure effective financial planning and resource allocation.
• Analyze productivity performance and provide recommendations to improve operational and business results.
• Support plant benefit budgeting activities and collaborate with global finance partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, FP&A, or a related finance function.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting CapEx planning, investment tracking, or related financial processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent discipline.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working with stakeholders across different geographies.
