Financial Analyst II – Labor Planning

About the role

Experian’s North America FP&A team is seeking a Labor Financial Analyst II to support labor planning, reporting, and analysis across the region. You will work closely with finance partners to ensure accurate labor cost data, headcount metrics, and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly and annual planning cycles using Hyperion, Oracle, and related financial applications.
• Prepare recurring management reports and respond to ad‑hoc requests on labor costs, headcount, and workforce metrics.
• Analyze labor cost and headcount movements, researching variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Summarize operating results, highlighting key drivers, risks, and changes for finance stakeholders.
• Maintain, standardize, and enhance reporting models, files, and planning tools.
• Drive process‑improvement and automation projects to increase reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in FP&A or labor cost analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Hyperion Planning/Essbase and SmartView.
• Familiarity with Oracle financial systems.
• Knowledge of OBIEE reporting tools.
