Experienced IT Analyst

About the role

The Experienced IT Analyst supports reliable, secure, and effective technology services that enable business and operational objectives. This role acts as a key interface between users, IT teams, and technology partners, providing technical support and contributing to technology improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, program, implement, and integrate complex computer applications and edit concept design specifications.
• Troubleshoot high‑level applications, oversee hardware and software installation and testing, and provide advanced technical support for information management applications.
• Organize all aspects of application development from analysis through implementation, including documentation, design, project plans, and code.
• Support current systems, develop complex features, create computer logic flowcharts, and lead research and implementation of application upgrades and enhancements.
• Communicate business‑related issues or opportunities to management and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 2‑4 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in the medical device or medical field.
• Strong knowledge of software validation methodologies, SDLC, CSV, and GxP.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and work independently to solve problems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
