Experience Project Specialist – Lab Project Specialist

About the role

The Experience Project Specialist joins Deloitte Greenhouse’s Flagship Lab Experiences team to help executives tackle their toughest business challenges. You will work on a variety of client‑focused labs, providing operational support and ensuring seamless delivery of both physical and virtual experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage lab logistics, coordinate with stakeholders, and prepare detailed briefings for Lab Producers.
• Capture and synthesize client interview discussions into clear insights and actionable themes.
• Provide project management support, track milestones, flag risks, and maintain documentation and collaboration tools.
• Support national or local special projects and test innovative approaches for the Greenhouse portfolio.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong multitasking abilities across multiple work streams.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and escalating issues when needed.
• Excellent self‑awareness, emotional intelligence, and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with document management systems.
• Experience using collaboration platforms for team coordination.
