About the role

We are seeking an Excel Expert to work remotely, applying advanced spreadsheet skills to support AI training and improve business operations. You will review, enhance, and document complex Excel files, providing best‑practice guidance for non‑financial consulting use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and improve complex Excel files related to business operations, strategy, and data analysis.
• Provide detailed feedback and examples of Excel best practices for operational and consulting scenarios.
• Design, document, and share Excel templates and solutions for AI learning purposes.
• Collaborate with client teams to identify key workflows and operational challenges captured in Excel.
• Evaluate and simulate real‑world business problems using advanced Excel functions and formulas.
• Produce clear written documentation and verbal communication of processes and findings.
• Contribute to data analysis case studies and operational scenario creation leveraging Excel expertise.

Required profile

• Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, data validation, and automation tools.
• Proven experience developing Excel solutions for business operations, strategy, or consulting environments.
• Strong analytical abilities to solve complex, non‑financial business problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
