Evaluated Pricing Services Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an Evaluated Pricing Services Team Leader to head a group of pricing specialists in Costa Rica. The team will deliver high‑quality fixed‑income and evaluated pricing data that supports investment, valuation, risk management and regulatory activities for clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop, validate and maintain quantitative models and analytics solutions.
• Contribute to the creation of innovative financial products, indices and investment analytics.
• Design research tools and analytical frameworks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into quantitative methodologies, programming specifications and data models.
• Develop production‑ready model code using Python, C++, Java or similar languages.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise and respond to inquiries on quantitative models and methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Sales, Marketing and Research teams to deliver analytical solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with asset managers, owners, buy‑side and sell‑side institutions.
• Review and validate work of junior team members, offering technical mentorship.
• Support team development and performance management activities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Business, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong programming experience in Python and/or object‑oriented languages such as C++ or Java.
• Experience in quantitative research, financial modeling, data science or analytics.
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, data analysis and quantitative techniques.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
