About the role
We are looking for an entry‑level Customer Service Representative to join our Belen Heredia team in Costa Rica. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls and ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with questions and general inquiries.
- Provide clear, professional information over the phone.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Follow established procedures and call flows.
- Deliver a positive customer experience on every call.
Required profile
- No previous call‑center experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Basic computer skills.
- Customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
