About the role

INTECO is seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure the efficient management of all activities before and after service delivery. The role supports client interactions, audit planning, and logistical coordination within a technical services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing and new clients to schedule service dates according to audit cycles.
• Follow up on contract signing and required documentation.
• Prepare audit plans, assign tasks to auditors, and distribute activities.
• Coordinate with external subcontractors to deliver required information on time.
• Manage payment requests to suppliers using SAP.
• Provide logistical support throughout service execution and ensure proper documentation handling.
• Supply accurate data to finance for timely client invoicing.
• Issue decision letters, certificates, and handle file withdrawals, suspensions, and closures.
• Track corrective action plans and appeals from clients and evaluators.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Operations Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar administrative‑operational roles.
• Proven experience in document control, file management and process tracking.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality‑management principles (desired).

Required skills

• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM, ERP and BPM tools.
• Familiarity with SAP for supplier payment processing.
