Employee Services Representative – HR Customer Support

About the role

World Vision is seeking an Employee Services Representative to act as the first point of contact for staff HR queries. The role supports both Global Centre employees and International Assignees, delivering timely and quality customer service while handling day‑to‑day HR administration across local offices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line customer service for World Vision staff, responding to HR inquiries via the People & Culture helpdesk.
• Triage complex HR requests and route them to the appropriate P&C specialist, generalist or business partner.
• Handle service tickets related to compensation, benefits, payroll inquiries and general employee questions.
• Maintain employee records, manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, and administer employee programs such as service awards.
• Support statutory and local employee benefits, vendor invoicing and payroll reporting.
• Assist International Assignees with contracting, onboarding, banking setup and coordinate communication between local and global P&C teams.
• Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys to evaluate helpdesk effectiveness.

Required profile

• Experience delivering HR customer service or support in a multinational environment.
• Ability to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills for handling multiple administrative tasks.
