Digital Dental Restorative Treatments Designer

About the role

Align Technology is looking for a Digital Dental Restorative Treatments Designer to join its Costa Rica operations in La Lima. You will create 3D digital treatment plans using proprietary dental CAD software, supporting dentists in delivering crowns, bridges and other restorations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the digital design workflow to meet on‑time delivery targets.
• Design and refine 3D restorative cases, including virtual impressions, margin identification, and anatomical adjustments.
• Update and complete cases assigned by the team lead, handling follow‑ups and specialized design support.
• Identify and correct inaccurate patient or customer data in internal databases.
• Propose process improvements to enhance service quality and departmental performance.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• 0–2 years of experience in a related digital design or dental environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Legal authorization to work in Costa Rica.

Required skills

• Experience with dental CAD software.
• Strong computer literacy and 3D design capabilities.
• Understanding of restorative dental concepts, tooth anatomy, occlusion and functional aesthetics.
