About the role

INDI is looking for a proactive Data Entry Specialist to support its Recruiting Team. Working remotely, you will help identify and contact potential candidates, manage job portal postings, and improve existing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the recruiting area by identifying and initially contacting potential candidates.
• Propose new methods for candidate identification.
• Analyze and improve current recruiting processes.
• Manage job postings across multiple portals and evaluate incoming applications.
• Research professional profiles on job portals for open searches.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Advanced level of English.
