Data Annotation Specialist – Remote (up to $70/hr)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Computer Vision Data Annotation Specialist to label hand‑pose landmarks in images and video frames. The role supports machine‑learning projects that require precise identification of left and right hands across varied scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Review and annotate images and video frames, focusing on detailed hand pose landmarks.
• Validate correct identification of left and right hands in diverse conditions.
• Detect, flag, and document edge cases such as occlusion and motion blur.
• Apply annotation guidelines and quality rubrics to ensure data reliability.
• Maintain high accuracy and productivity while handling large datasets.
• Perform quality‑assurance reviews on previously annotated data as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in image or video annotation for machine‑learning or AI projects.
• Strong attention to detail and spatial reasoning.
• Basic familiarity with computer‑vision concepts such as landmarks and bounding boxes.
• Experience with hand or human pose estimation datasets or frameworks is a plus.
