Data Analytics Support

About the role

The Data Analytics Support specialist will lead Analytical Process Automation (APA) initiatives for Bridgestone West, ensuring that data‑driven insights align with business needs. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa to deliver high‑quality analytical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual analytics using Power BI and Tableau.
• Generate, validate and distribute recurring and ad‑hoc reports with accurate and timely data.
• Build and automate analytical workflows in Alteryx Designer to streamline data preparation and transformation.
• Deploy, schedule and monitor Alteryx workflows, ensuring reliable delivery of automated analytics.
• Monitor dashboard performance and data pipelines, proactively resolving integrity or visualization issues.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in data and analytics practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, programming, statistics or a related field.
• Lean & Six Sigma certification.
• At least five years of experience delivering data projects.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau and Alteryx Designer.
• Strong SQL and Python programming skills; experience with R.
• Experience with Azure, Office 365 and basic DevOps concepts.
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA, AWS, Networks and Server administration.
• Ability to design scalable, sustainable analytical solutions.
