Customer Support Consultant – English C1 – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual (English C1) Customer Support Consultant to join its remote team serving Latin America. You will work from your home office, handling chat and phone interactions for a portfolio of SaaS, software, and hardware clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via chat and calls, addressing billing, usage, technical issues, and bugs.
• Follow established service level agreements and precise procedures for each inquiry.
• Explain platform features, policies, and expectations to ensure quick resolutions.
• Escalate complex or high‑priority issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Research missing information proactively and propose solutions.

Required profile

• Excellent English (C1) – spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume phone and chat interactions.
• Strong problem‑solving, adaptability, and empathetic communication.
• Commitment to meet performance targets and deliver high‑quality service.
• Personal laptop/computer (≥8 GB RAM) and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in using a computer with reliable internet connectivity.
