Customer Success FastTrack Identity Engineer

About the role

Microsoft’s Global Consumption & Delivery Acceleration team is seeking a Customer Success FastTrack Identity Engineer. In this role you will partner with customers, partners, engineering, and field teams to accelerate deployment, adoption, and value realization of Microsoft AI and security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, adoption, and optimization of Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Provide consultative technical guidance across Microsoft 365, Security, Endpoint Management, Windows 365, Copilot, Agents, Identity, and Data Protection.
• Identify and remove deployment blockers, mitigate risks, and accelerate time‑to‑value.
• Collaborate closely with FastTrack Architects, Customer Success teams, Engineering, Product Groups, and Partners.
• Enable secure AI experiences by integrating identity, security, compliance, endpoint, productivity, and agent‑based solutions.

Required profile

• Strong passion for helping customers realize the full value of Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑changing environments and learn new technologies quickly.
• Depth of expertise (level 400) in Identity workloads.
