Customer Success Consultant

About the role

Granicus is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to guide government clients through the adoption of its SaaS solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers move from pre‑sales through onboarding, implementation and ongoing support, ensuring they achieve measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively navigate clients through every stage of the customer journey, from pre‑sales to post‑implementation.
• Drive product adoption and usage by delivering training, best‑practice guidance, and ongoing support.
• Monitor client health metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to relay feedback and influence product enhancements.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Experience working with clients in an agency, public‑sector, or software environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and a focus on delivering measurable value.
• Commitment to following defined processes and contributing to continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced team setting.
