Customer Service Representative – Policy Servicing

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our policy servicing team for life and annuities products. The role is performed in a hybrid environment and involves handling documentation, data entry and tracking policy changes while delivering clear English communication to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process policy servicing requests for life and annuities products with high accuracy and meet defined turnaround times.
• Enter and maintain policy information in MS Office applications, ensuring consistency and completeness of records.
• Review source documents, emails and work items to verify required details and compliance before updating systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to clarify incomplete or ambiguous requests and resolve work items.
• Prepare and update work trackers, logs and basic reports in Excel and Word to monitor productivity and error trends.
• Respond to internal inquiries about policy servicing status in clear English and document interactions for audit purposes.
• Adhere to data privacy, information security and regulatory guidelines, escalating issues as needed.
• Participate in team huddles, knowledge‑sharing sessions and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work rotational shift schedules.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Basic understanding of life insurance and annuities concepts.
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools for data entry and reporting.
