Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join a leading dental solutions provider as a Customer Service Representative. You will support dental offices, labs, and other customers by answering technical questions, processing orders, and delivering exceptional service through multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide superior telephone support to dental offices, labs, and other customers.
• Set up new accounts and maintain customer master data in SAP.
• Answer incoming inquiries about Straumann, Neodent, and ClearCorrect products.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently using SAP.
• Resolve order and shipping issues, meeting weekly productivity and satisfaction targets.
• Participate in team and company meetings to stay informed.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work environment.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and verbal).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Preferred dental industry experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• SAP for order processing and master data management.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic PC and computer literacy.
