Inbound Sales & Service Associate – High Volume Calls

About the role

The Inbound Sales and Service Associate handles a high volume of inbound calls from customers registering household appliances. While the primary purpose of the call is administrative, the associate is expected to uncover customer needs, engage in discovery, and convert eligible interactions into sales of extended protection plans.

Key responsibilities

• Assist existing and new customers with appliance registration and product knowledge.
• Identify customer usage patterns, risk factors and recommend relevant protection plans.
• Manage high inbound call volumes while meeting quality, compliance and conversion targets.
• Upsell additional service plans for older appliances in the customer’s home.
• Explain product benefits, handle objections, and close sales ethically.
• Document interactions accurately across multiple database systems.
• Support team goals by sharing knowledge and suggesting process improvements.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in a BPO sales role.
• Proficient spoken English for US‑based customers.
• Strong objection handling and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
