Customer Care Representative – Remote

About the role
Join INDI’s Recruiting Team as a Customer Care Representative, supporting talent acquisition projects for a global, multicultural client base. This fully remote position focuses on sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for IT‑related vacancies.
Key responsibilities
- Post job openings on multiple job boards and social networks.
- Conduct headhunting activities and proactively reach out to potential candidates.
- Filter CVs, assess fit, and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in recruitment or related HR functions.
- Good understanding of the IT market and its talent landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
