Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on multiple job boards and social networks.
• Conduct headhunting activities and filter CVs to match vacancy requirements.
• Contact and engage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
• Understanding of the IT market and recruitment processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
