Cook B – Hotel Kitchen Position

About the role

As a Cook B you will be part of Hilton’s hotel kitchen team, preparing high‑quality cold and hot dishes that enhance each guest’s stay. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring every plate reflects the brand’s standards of taste, presentation and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items following recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently, delivering a positive dining experience.
• Apply advanced cooking techniques such as sauces, roasting, grilling and plating, and operate a station independently when required.
• Inspect and finalize plates to ensure they meet presentation and quality criteria before service.
• Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked workstation, adhering to food safety and storage protocols.
• Handle multiple tickets simultaneously, assist in training new team members and step in for minor supervisory duties.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Food Handler’s Certificate or equivalent certification.
• Local culinary training or relevant culinary education (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar hotel kitchen role.
• Passion for hospitality, integrity, teamwork and ownership.

Required skills
