Contracts Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Contracts Specialist to lead end‑to‑end contract management for our operations in San Antonio, Heredia. The role will involve close collaboration with legal, sales and cross‑functional teams to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant and efficiently processed.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, review, negotiate and finalize contracts from initiation through execution and distribution.
• Coordinate contract reviews with legal, sales and other stakeholders.
• Process contract amendments, including Schedule A agreements, while maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Draft and revise contract language as required.
• Support continuous improvement of contract management systems and related processes.
• Assist with special projects and foster effective cross‑departmental collaboration.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration or related legal functions.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven experience working with sales teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, detail‑oriented and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with contract management platforms such as Salesforce, Apttus (preferred) or Conga.
