Contracts Administrator – 4‑Month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our Global Legal Services team on a four‑month contract. You will support the legal department by managing high‑volume contract requests, coordinating with sales, service and cross‑functional teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, structure and administer contractual documents with vendors, customers and partners.
• Collaborate with sales, service and legal teams to draft and review contracts.
• Analyze contracts for compliance with company policy, government specifications and other requirements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end workflow for contract generation, routing for signatures and final distribution.
• Maintain and improve contract management processes, systems and policies.
• Provide guidance on common edits, non‑standard terms and policy questions to internal stakeholders.
• Review and negotiate contract modifications, securing necessary approvals.
• Draft and revise contract wording to address emerging situations.
• Support in‑house legal staff with research, correspondence and record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Advanced English (B2+).
• 3+ years of experience managing contracts, including drafting and negotiation, in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; experience in a legal department or law firm is a strong plus.
• Detail‑oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with a contract management system such as Apttus.
• Familiarity with electronic signature platforms like EchoSign and DocuSign.
