Contracts Administrator (4‑month contract)

About the role

The Global Legal Services team is seeking a Contracts Administrator on a 4‑month contract to support contract management across the organization. You will work closely with sales, service, and legal teams to negotiate, draft, and administer a high volume of contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, structure and administer contractual documents with vendors, customers and partners.
• Collaborate with sales, service and legal departments to draft and review contracts.
• Analyze contracts for compliance with company policy, government regulations and other requirements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end contract review workflow, from request receipt to signature routing and final distribution.
• Maintain and improve contract management processes, systems and policies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional reviews, providing guidance on standard edits, non‑standard terms and policy questions.
• Review and negotiate contract modifications, obtaining necessary approvals.
• Draft and revise contract wording as situations arise.
• Provide administrative support to in‑house legal staff, including research, correspondence and record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Advanced English (B2+) proficiency.
• 3+ years of experience managing contracts, including drafting and negotiation, in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; experience in a legal department or law firm is a strong plus.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using a contract management system such as Apttus.
• Familiarity with electronic signature platforms like EchoSign or DocuSign.
• Comfort with reviewing and applying contract redlines.
