Consultant – Workforce Development (Public Services)

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Consultant to join its Public Services – Workforce Development team. Based in Costa Rica, you will support government and public‑sector clients in designing and implementing policies that drive economic growth, skill development, and labor market transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead specific workstreams such as economic analysis, policy design, program structuring, and implementation planning.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, validate hypotheses, and present actionable insights.
• Contribute to thought leadership by developing best‑practice frameworks and proprietary methodologies in labor market strategy and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with global, cross‑functional teams, supporting senior consultants and overseeing junior analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in workforce development, economic development, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of global and national trends in labor market dynamics and workforce transformation.
