Consultant IV – Business Initiatives & Project Management

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant IV to lead and coordinate business initiatives across multiple functional workstreams. The role focuses on aligning stakeholders, driving project implementation, and ensuring that solutions meet the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, build rapport with internal teams, external partners and senior leadership.
• Define goals, prioritize deliverables and monitor progress for complex projects or workstream components.
• Lead or support change‑management activities and vendor management as required.
• Conduct data analyses to inform business decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop work plans, allocate resources and track compliance with policies and procedures.
• Escalate high‑priority risks, provide recommendations and solve complex problems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or project coordination within a corporate environment.
• Strong ability to influence and communicate with cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated self‑development mindset and adaptability to change.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
